Delineation of Our Assessment Area

The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requires financial institutions to define an assessment area in which its CRA performance will be evaluated. Enterprise Bank has delineated its assessment area to include the cities and towns of Acton, Andover, Billerica, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Fitchburg, Groton, Lawrence, Leominster, Littleton, Lowell, Lunenburg, Methuen, North Andover, Pepperell, Shirley, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro and Westford Massachusetts. Our assessment area also includes the towns of Pelham, Hudson, Londonderry, Atkinson, Derry, Hampstead, Salem, Nashua and Windham New Hampshire. The entire assessment area is located within the Boston Cambridge-Peabody-Rockingham-Worcester-Manchester MSA. Our current assessment area contains 177 census tracts comprised of 26 low income tracts, 35 moderate income, 76 middle income and 40 upper income tracts.
