Send money securely from your Enterprise Bank account to just about anyone with an email or mobile number. You can send a payment through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

1. After you’ve logged in to your Online or Mobile Banking session, select Pay Other People / Popmoney

2. Click on Send Money

3. Select which account you want the payment taken from

4. Select the person you are sending the money to (or add a new contact)

5. Enter the amount you want to send and the date to send the payment (you can schedule up to a year in the future and you can also schedule a reoccurring payment)

6. Select how you would like to send the money (email address, mobile number or direct transfer)

7. Choose the delivery speed – either standard (3 day delivery) or next business day

8. Confirm/verify your transaction details and click to send the payment

9. The recipient is notified that a payment has been sent to them

10. If the recipient’s bank has Popmoney, the payment can be directed right into their bank account; otherwise, the recipient will be directed to the Popmoney website where they can set up a free account

You may also use Popmoney to make a direct account-to-account transfer (such as a child or other family member) by entering a recipient’s bank routing and account number. In this case, the money will be deposited directly into the recipient's bank account; they do not need to take action to direct the funds into their account. This feature is limited to Online Banking sessions and is not a feature of the Mobile App.

The process of requesting/receiving money mirrors the process to send money. Simply indicate the amount of money that you wish to collect, instead of the amount you are sending.

The recipient will receive a payment notification either by email or a text message, depending on how you chose to send the money. The notification will include instructions on how to direct the payment into their checking or savings account.

If the recipient doesn't act in 3 days, they will receive a reminder message to act on the payment notification. If the funds have not been accepted within 10 days, the payment will expire and the funds will be returned to the sender. Message and data charges from their telecommunications provider may apply.

Funds may be available in the recipient's checking or savings account as early as one business day from the date they accept the funds. The recipient will receive a confirmation email with the date the funds will be in their account. Fees apply for expedited delivery.

Payment can be directed to a checking, savings, or money market account held at a U.S. financial institution.

Yes. The recipient has 10 days from the date of the payment notification to accept the funds. The recipient will receive a reminder message if they haven’t acted on the payment notification within 3 days. After 10 days, if the funds have not been accepted, the payment expires and the funds are returned to the sender.

To view your daily limit, log in to Online Banking. When in the Popmoney tab, enter the “from” and “to” section. A blue (?) will appear next to the Amount option. Click the (?) and the system will inform you of your daily and monthly limits. Your limit is determined using various factors including Bill Pay activity and ongoing Popmoney transactions.
