Chelmsford Drum Hill Road Branch - Opened in July 2000
"We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations every day by creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for them to conduct their business. It’s important to us to continually show our appreciation for their business." – Jessica Lord, Senior Branch Relationship Manager, VP.
We opened the doors to our first Chelmsford branch on Littleton Road in the summer of 1993. To better serve the community, we opened our second branch on Drum Hill Road in the summer of 2000. Together, our two branches have made a profound impact on the community, supporting businesses, individuals, and non-profits throughout Chelmsford.
At the Drum Hill branch, we offer many services, including two walk-up ATMs, same-day debit cards, and a drive-up teller window. Branch Relationship Manager Jessica Lord has been with Enterprise Bank for almost 11 years. She has won the Spirit of Enterprise Bank award twice and earned an Excellence in Customer Service award. She was also named the 2018 Emerging Leader in Banking by BAI, a nonprofit, independent organization that provides the financial services industry's most actionable insights. Jessica, along with the rest of the Chelmsford Drum Hill branch team, is here to help you find the best solution for your financial needs. So, come on over!
What makes a community bank different?
By choosing Enterprise Bank, you help strengthen and stabilize the community where you live and work. The deposits you make at Enterprise Bank are used to fund loans for businesses that sustain our local economy. These deposits also support mortgages that stabilize and enhance the neighborhoods in which we all live. Having a strong, local community bank like Enterprise Bank ensures unwavering support for the many nonprofit organizations and charities that are vital to our quality of life.
Over 35 years in business
More than 35 years ago, George Duncan, an entrepreneur with a dream and a passion for creating a new kind of bank, set out to establish one that deeply values the entrepreneurial spirit and stimulates the local economy by creating new businesses and jobs. Against the backdrop of a severe economic depression, George inspired a group of local visionaries to establish Enterprise Bank. Read our Letter of Appreciation to George.
Through the years, Enterprise Bank has grown and evolved to offer products, capabilities, and technology comparable to that of the “big” banks, while staying true to our community bank values. We will always remain a genuine, independent community bank where we measure our success by individual relationships, not transactions, and by the difference we make in our communities and in the lives of our customers.
We are thankful to be here and warmly welcome the opportunity to discuss your banking needs.
