Redeeming Points Is Simple
Log into your account on the redemption site at the Rewards Site or access your Rewards account from within Personal Mobile Banking under the Cards tab. Then browse the rewards categories and choose how you’d like to redeem your points. You can also contact the Rewards Service Center for assistance at 1-855-326-3916 or email support@customerservice.uChooseRewards.com. Points expire two years from when you earn them, so there’s plenty of time to redeem them!
Enterprise Bank partners with third party rewards provider Fiserv uChoose Rewards® for redemption and processing.
- Eligibility is limited to Enterprise Bank Personal Debit Card Holders. Registration into the program is required to begin earning points. Certain restrictions and eligibility criteria apply. Please refer to the Rewards Program Terms & Conditions at www.uchooserewards.com for details.
- You will earn points for every eligible net purchase only (purchases less returns) and that does not include cash advances, balance transfers, or wire transfers. It also does not include any service charges posted to your account as applicable for transaction-based promotions. Dollar and cents amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar amount when calculating points earned.
- Card Loyalty points will be awarded to cardholders who use their Enterprise Bank Personal Debit Card to conduct 45 or more purchase transactions per calendar month.
