About Joanne
Joanne Desrosiers is a Branch Relationship Manager and Assistant Vice President at Enterprise Bank’s Windham branch. A 38-year resident of Salem, she is an industry veteran with 18 years of banking experience. In her role, Joanne enjoys connecting with customers and helping those around her achieve their goals. She strives each day to deliver the exceptional level of service that Enterprise is known for and to help customers with all their banking needs. Joanne takes pride in working at a bank that values relationships so deeply and that commits so sincerely to giving back and serving in its communities.

Joanne has lived in Salem for 38 years and raised her family here. During that time, she’s enjoyed forming ties with the community that’s given her and her family so much and has dedicated herself to giving back through volunteer service and involvement. She is especially passionate about supporting causes and organizations committed to helping children and animals. For example, Joanne has been on the board of the Salem Animal Rescue League since 2015 and has spent years volunteering as the PTA president at her children’s elementary school earning her the Lifetime Soule Superstar award for her contributions. She has also served as the chairperson for the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce’s Business Education Collaborative since 2015 and as the chairperson for Relay for Life in Salem.
