About Karen
Karen Fournier is a Senior Relationship Manager at Enterprise Bank’s Pelham branch. A Pelham resident of more than 20 years, Karen possesses 37 years of banking experience, with 18 of them being in managerial roles. She takes great pride in her team and in the outstanding service they provide to Enterprise customers every day. Whether building relationships in the branch or fostering them through their volunteer work in the community, Karen and her team are committed to connecting with, and serving, those around them.

A longtime resident of Pelham, Karen is an active volunteer in her community. For the past 3 years, she has served as the president of the Pelham Good Neighbor Fund. Prior to that, she served as the organization’s vice president for 6 years. Karen has also served on the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce, on the Pelham Economic Development Committee, as a member of Pelham Community Spirit, and volunteers for the Pelham Police Relief Association. For her involvement in the community, Karen has been honored as a Volunteer of the Year and is a recipient of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce’s Hidden Jewel Award.
