About Kathy
Kathy Scalia is a Senior Branch Service Manager at Enterprise Bank’s Pelham branch. A 32-year resident of Pelham, Kathy is an industry veteran with 15 years of banking experience. Getting to know customers – their goals, life circumstances, likes, dislikes, and more – is her favorite part of being an Enterprise banker. By sincerely getting to know the customers she works with, and forming strong, trust-based relationships, Kathy is able to better understand customers’ needs and offer the best assistance for each person’s unique situation.

Kathy is deeply committed to giving back to her Pelham community – the place where she raised her family and where she has formed such meaningful relationships. In the past, she has served on the board of Pelham Community Spirit, Inc., on the board of the Pelham softball league, and volunteered as a room mom at her children’s’ school. She has also served as a team captain for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the past 8 years and currently serves as treasurer for the Pelham Good Neighbor Fund. In 2021, Kathy was honored as a Hidden Jewel Award recipient by the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce.
