Supervisory/Managerial Education Program
The Supervisory/Managerial Education Program (S.M.E.P.) is designed to enhance a current supervisor's or manager's ability to coach, develop, guide, evaluate, recognize, and lead individuals. Supervisors and managers are able to use skills gained from this program in support of cohesive and collaborative teams.
Leadership Education Program
The Leadership Education Program (L.E.P.) is designed to augment an individual’s ability to establish effective teams, encourage employee engagement, and inspire strategic alignment with the Bank’s overall vision.
Professional Enrichment Program
Enterprise Bank is founded upon a people-first culture. One way the Bank supports that is through our robust mentor program, P.E.P. (Professional Enrichment Program), where a mentor guides a team member on their professional goals and personal development.
