Enterprise Bank Celebrates its Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

The Multicultural Alliance and Working Parent Resource Group, Enterprise Bank’s first employee resource groups, recently celebrated their 10-year anniversaries. Over the past 10 years, the Bank’s employee resource groups have expanded to include the Veteran's Resources Group, Pride C.O.R.P.S., Young Professionals Resource Group, and AVID – Awareness of Visible and Invisible Disabilities.

A joint 10th anniversary celebration featured a luncheon and ERG fair. Food from several local restaurants featured a variety of different cultures. Tables were set up for each of the Bank’s ERGs and employees had a chance to visit with representatives to learn more about each group and participate in games and activities.

In a joint statement, Steven Larochelle, Chief Executive Officer; Jamie Gabriel, Chief Human Resources Officer; and Sophy Theam, Manager – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging said, “Thank you to all the team members who have founded, co-founded, led, and participated in these important resource groups over the years. It is a testament to our commitment to building community among our team members and enhancing team members feelings of inclusion and belonging. In 2025, we look forward to these groups continuing their important work and remain committed to them doing so.”
