Celebration of Success Winners Announced

Each year, we hold the Celebration of Success event to recognize team members for their outstanding contributions.

The Celebration of Success is a time to thank all our team members who contributed to the Bank’s achievements over the past year. We recognized 75 finalists in seven COS award categories covering excellence in Sales, Community Service, Customer Experience, Shareholder Value, Leadership, Core Values, and Enterprise Spirit. We also recognized our team members who stepped up to help the people affected by the Merrimack Valley gas crisis, when they needed our help the most.
